Our Retail Spa Services
Terms and Conditions
- All spa packages require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation.
- All other services require 24 hours notice for cancellation.
- We welcome groups. When booking for services a deposit of 25% is required on a credit card. If cancellation notice is not given, or less the stipulated time, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cell phones must be turned off in the spa area.
- Not feel well? Being considerate of others is paramount if not feeling well. We will do our best to reschedule you if this situation should arise.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for scheduled appointment may be asked to rebook depending on time available for completion of their service.
Service gift certificates can be redeemed ONLY at the store of purchase.
All services' duration times are approximate.
No cell phones and no children.
GST is additional. Pricing subject to change without notice.
Please be aware that we are NOT an allergy free environment.
Nut based oil and citrus based products are some of the ingredients used in our products required in our services.
